introdution

This is Yoslong blog, my life style need to change form my eating habit activates and sleep to a more stable condition for daily life .Do to past events can’t get rid of the habits form all the ap-class average time of sleep form my peers is 2-4am if they luck sleep at 12. All I do for this year as a senior is taking it easy and relax taking all 7 class because I don’t have a car for my senior year so might as well. You can push yourself so far but until you brake yourself.

  3. That is very unfortunate that you can’t get much sleep. I don’t know how you do it; I love to sleep. The only times I really stay up that late on a weeknight is when I am studying for a test, doing homework, or working on a project. I guess I try to go to sleep around 11:30 pm, so I won’t be extremely tired at school, but sometimes I’m even more tired.
